"Zakarpathaz" has installed 610 free meters

Within two months since the beginning of the campaign for free installation of natural gas meters announced during a briefing at the RSA, the "Zakarpathaz" has installed almost 150 meters.  According to the schedule developed by the gasification service center of the company, 25% of the planned work has been completed.
To encourage gas consumers to fulfill the requirements of Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On providing commercial metering of natural gas", the "Zakarpathaz" has sent them letters with the information on free installation of meters within a specified period and a proposal to contact gasification service center to agree on a convenient time to install the meter, as well as the warning of termination of gas supply on January 1, 2016, if this requirement is not fulfilled, according to Art. 5 of the above mentioned Law, without notice.

"The reaction of consumers to the letter is positive: people began to call, ask questions, appoint the date and time of the service - the Deputy Chairman of the "Zakarpathaz" JSC Yevhen Polunytsky - We hope that they have understood that delaying addressing this problem can lead to the prospect of not only losing the chance to receive free meter, but to be left without gas at all.     The "Zakarpathaz" PJSC calls on consumers to cooperate with the company in the performance of this task, because nobody wants to have emergency before the heating season"...

Note: According to the investment program of gas-distributing company "Zakarpathaz" PJSC for 2015, over UAH 3.5 million has been allocated for installation of 2027 free natural gas meters.
