Ukrainians from Germany sent humanitarian aid to children of internally displaced persons
Berlin volunteers from the German-Ukrainian union for veterans, disabled and children joined the work of the volunteer association Media Initiative "Help for IDPs" and sent parcels with humanitarian aid for children of internally displaced persons.
The Ukrainian-German union for veterans, disabled and children was founded by a Ukrainian Olga Rankel, who emigrated from Ukraine during the Soviet era. Since the beginning of hostilities in our country, Olga could not stay aside of Ukrainians' problems, especially worrying for the future of children. German volunteers sent for the children from the East clothes, shoes, toys, educational games and books.
Volunteers of the Media Initiative will give all the humanitarian aid from Germany to families that are now particularly in need of help. The organizers of the charity project also invite everyone, who wants to help IDPs, to join the Media Initiative.
