The process of preparing a perspective plan is accompanied by a real start of association

On July 13, experts of the Office for Reforms had a meeting with the authorized representatives of Mukachevo district local governments and their associations. The deputy chief architect of the region Oleg Borshovsky took part in the discussion.

At the suggestion of the Office, the deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Mykhailo Rivis signed the Order, whereby heads of district state administrations are entitled to hold final (additional) consultations with the authorized representatives of local governments and their associations, as well as entities and their community organizations on making reasonable suggestions to draft Prospective plan of communities formation by July 15. The minutes of such final (additional) consultations are to be submitted to the Regional State Administration and the Office for Reforms in Transcarpathian region.

As you know, after the development of the model Prospective plan of territorial associations by the regional state administration, the preparation of such suggestions from district greatly intensified. However, in most cases, these suggestions did not meet the requirements of the Methodology for formation of associations. In addition, during public meetings, there were accusations about the lack of transparency in their preparation. To ensure constructive debate, the authorities have decided to approve the final suggestions for development of the Prospective plan of territorial communities association in Transcarpathia.
The discussion of this protocol was the purpose of today's consultations in Mukachevo district.
