NBU allowed freelancers to work with foreign customers without contracts

The National Bank allowed freelancers to work with foreign customers without contracts.

This is stated in the letter of tthe NBU №2201012 / 46746 of July 7, the "Ukrainski Novyny" inform.

The list of companies, that freelancers can work with under simplified procedure, included freelance exchange (programmers, designers, copywriters, translators), direct sales (programmers, designers, copywriters, translators), application stores (programmers).

Also, stocks (photographers, illustrators, operators), trading platforms (masters, mediators for the sale of goods), advertising intermediaries (site owners, bloggers).

The National Bank reported that now, in order to observe currency legislation IT-entrepreneurs and their servicing banks only need invoice about the provision of services, which, together with the proof of payment for work performed confirms the contractual relationship between the customer and the performer.

That is a separate agreement with a stamp is no longer needed.

Deputy head of the NBU Vladislav Rashkovan notes that thanks to these changes, IT-entrepreneurs can focus on their business, instead of bureaucracy.
