The Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration and the co-chair of the Commission Mykhailo Rivis said that scholarships are the motivating factor for all athletes and should motivate others to show better and higher results.

"These scholarships are really important stimulus that the government can use to support the athletes. The monthly budget for them is 22,000 UAH. In general, we support the best ones so that young people have the motivation to develop and stay in the region," - the head of the Youth and Sports Department Denys Man commented on the decision.
