In the morning on Saturday, February 21, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration Vasyl Hubal and the Chairman of the Regional Council Volodymyr Chubirko met with relatives of the soldiers from the 128th brigade.

The meeting was also attended by a deputy of Ukraine Valeriy Patskan and the military commissar of Transcarpathia Ivan Vasyltsyun. The relatives, naturally, had many question on the situation about their loved ones who are now at the front and most of whom have left the Debaltsevo springboard - from medical support to registration of combatants status and benefits. But the most important issue is the need for rotation. That is what the families demand immediately emphasizing that the Transcarpathian men should rest after such a hard service.

The head of the RSA Vasyl Hubal reported the information from the Presidential Administration, which came yesterday - first, that there is no order for redeployment of the 128th Brigade to new positions, second, that the rotation of the soldiers from the 128th Brigade is to be held within three days. Right at the meeting, they called the Minister of Defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak, who reported some details of the rotation - the need to make records of the soldiers, to prepare documents for the equipment, to do arrangements regarding weapons, etc., and also he assured that the rotatation would take place.

Vasyl Hubal said that the regional authorities are doing everything possible to ensure the rotation, and not just during the past few days, when they have been in constatnt contact with the General Staff and the Administration of the President. The head of the region said that Transcarpathia is preparing to take and to meet its soldiers - arranging transport, support, everything needed on the road, such as food, etc. Currently, 27 buses are ready, the work continues.
