The Cabinet will make changes to the state budget for the current year by February 15.

This was stated by the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Vyacheslav Kirilenko at the meeting of the conciliation board on Monday, the "Interfax-Ukraine" reported.

"As promised, by February 15, we will make changes to the state budget of Ukraine and maybe also a package of bills aimed at implementing these changes to the budget," - he said.

Kirilenko said that in the morning there had been a Cabinet meeting to discuss the progress of negotiations with the IMF mission, which lasted for a week.

The Vice Prime Minister also said that the government would ask the parliament to hold a special extraordinary session during the week of work in constituencies (23-27 of February) in order to discuss amendments to the state budget.

"Such meeting is necessary so that we could successfully complete consultations with the IMF mission," - he explained.

Kirilenko said that at current projects the financial assistance to Ukraine may be the greatest in the history of the IMF in relation to the GDP, which is expected this year, according to the current budget.
