New deputies and heads of police departments were introduced in Uzhgorod

On February 18, there was the presentation of the Acting First Deputy Chief of Uzhgorod city police to the personnel.

It is 34-year-old Police Lieutenant Colonel Mykhailo Khymynets. Mykhailo Khymynets was born in Tyachiv district, has been working in the police since 1997, in 2001 he graduated from the National University of Internal Affairs, Faculty of Law, specialty of jurisprudence. The last post before the appointment to Uzhgorod City Police was the head of the department for investigation of special cases and crimes committed by organized groups and criminal organizations of the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region

Today, February 18, deputy chiefs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region police colonels Vasyl Rusyn and Oleksandr Hebesh presented new deputies and heads of Uzhgorod city police departments to the personnel.

Police lieutenant colonel Volodymyr Ulynets was appointed the acting deputy chief of the city police - the chief of the criminal police department of Uzhgorod city police. Volodymyr Ulynets was born in 1980 in the town of Irshava, Irshava district. Hhe has two degrees. In 2002 he graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in 2005 he received the Master degree of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He has been working in the police since 1998. His last post was the chief of the criminal investigation sector of Uzhgorod city police.

Police Major Ivan Trofil was appointed the acting deputy chief of the city police - the chief of othe public safety department of Uzhgorod city police. Ivan Trofil was born in 1981 in the village of Bilosovytsya in Volovets district. He has a higher education. In 2003, he graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He has been working in the police since 1999. His last post was the chief of the district inspectors sector of Uzhgorod city police.

At the same time, Major Yuriy Kerekanych was appointed the acting chief of the criminal investigation department of Uzhgorod city police.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Yuriy Bihar was appointed the chief of the anti-drug trafficking department of Uzhgorod city police.

Deputy Chiefs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region wished the newly the newly appointed officers success in their work.
