Ivan Vasyltsyun: "There are no restrictions for men on traveling abroad"
The Military Commissar of the region said that the Regional Commissariat does not issue any certificates for men to travel abroad.
"I want to stress that there are no restrictions on traveling abroad for men aged 20 to 60 years. We do not issue any certificates, and have no right to issue them. We have not received any orders on this matter. The decree of the President clearly states - the Cabinet shall submit amendments to legislation restricting travel of persons subject to military service. We do not and will not do any illegal actions" - Ivan Vasyltsyun assured.
Earlier, the regional military commissar said that the plan of mobilization in Transcarpathia had been fulfilled at 20%
Recall that earlier, the State Border Guard Service also stated that border guards do not require crtificates from military commissariats for crossing the border.
