On the night of February 5, in Uzhgorod on Gagarin street, there was a fire in the office of the "Nova Poshta" LLC.
The fire started in the locker room, where there was nobody at that time. The fire alarm signal was sent to the desk of the security company that serves the office. The comnpany employee at 3:28 called to the rescue service and reported the incident.
To eliminate the fire, three units of firefighters were sent to the scene.
Fighters of the 14th and the 15th state fire and rescue units were fighting the fire. At 3:44 they managed to localize the fire, and at 8:50 – to completely eliminate it. Fortunately, nobody was injured or killed.
The fire destroyed the wooden ceiling and wall paneling in the locker room and the property that was inside. In addition, the door to the room was damaged. The damage caused by the fire is being established.
The police are establishing the cause of the fire.
