In Uzhgorod, Petofi Square and the park on Lehotsky street may be allocated "for garages"
At the next meeting of Uzhgorod City Council - on February 19 - deputies will consider draft decisions, according to which part of Petofi Square in front of the Customer Services Center and part of the park on Lehotsky street may be turned into private property.
As previously reported, the permission to develop land management projects was approved by majority votes of the deputies back on November 7, 2014. These decisions were signed by then City Council Secretary Vitaliy Semal.
Earlier this year, a place "for garages" on the central square of Uzhgorod appeared on the cadastral map of Ukraine.
According to paragraphs 1.62, 1.95, 1.97 of the draft decision №1626, three citizens received three free land plots in the middle of the sidewalk "for the construction of individual garages."
A similar situation has occured with the allocation of three plots "for the construction of individual garages" in a residential area of Uzhgorod.
