In Mukachevo, there was an explosion…

As reported to the online edition "Panorama Mukachevo" by law enforcement officers, there was an explosion on Ivan Franko street in Mukachevo.

The policemen say that witnesses called to them. According to the people, something exploded in the lake near the military range. Now, all of law enforcement agencies are working at the scene.

Later it became known that a man, who returned from the ATO area, was involved in the explosion.

According to the spokesman for the Ministry of Internal Affairs Office in Transcarpathian region Oleg Podebriy, the preliminary cause of the explosion in Mukachevo is a quarrel between spouses.

According to him, the man quarreled with his wife. Out of anger, perhaps as an additional argument in the quarrel, he got yet unknown object and threw it into the lake. There was a massive explosion.

The lake is located near the military range on the outskirts of Mukachevo, on I. Franko Street.

"As for the man, he is now in a state of heavy intoxication, in the past he served in Afghanistan, earlier this year came home from the ATO zone" – Oleg Podebriy said.
