Gotcha!

Approximately at 23.00, the central monitoring station of the State Protection Service Office at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region received the alarm signal. The alarm button was triggered in one of the mini-markets of Uzhgorod. The police unit immediately went to the place of call. At the scene, police officers were met by a quite scared shop assistant shouting "Robbery!".

The victim said that two unknown persons, threatening her with an object similar to a knife, had demanded money. Once the frightened victim gave them the revenue in the amount of one thousand hryvnia, the robbers fled in an unknown direction.

The woman described the robbers in detail. During a thorough examination, conducted jointly with another called police unit, the police officer found two men that fit the description of the shop assistant. They also found the knife, which obviously had been used by the robbers of the mini-market.

The unknown men were arrested and taken to the police station for further clarification of all the circumstances of the incident, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office
