Creative explosion in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)
Recently, the exhibition of the Chebykins family opened in the regional center of Transcarpathia.
The Rector of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, the President of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, Shevchenko Prize winner Andriy Chebykin presented his works at the discretion of the viewer in Uzhgorod. In addition to his own paintings, the Rector also presented the works of his father Volodymyr Fedorovich (1922-1996) - teacher, the principal of the Haysin high school. And also, works of his sons - Oleksiy and Volodymyr.
Regarding the works of Andriy Chebykin, they are kept in the National Art Museum of Ukraine, the State Tretyakov Gallery and other museums and private collections in Ukraine and the world.
During the thirty-five years of teaching experience, he created a kind of school of engraving. He manages the studio of graphic arts of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (1985).
The "Uzhgorod" gallery, where the exhibition takes place, at the opening was full of fans of the Chebykins family art. It was attended, in particular, by Transcarpathian artists and students.
