Writer Oleksiy Chupa will come to Uzhgorod (Announcement)
On Tuesday, December 8, at 17:00, writer Oleksiy Chupa will meet with readers in Uzhgorod.
The author will present a dystopian novel "Aquarium", released in a series of contemporary Ukrainian intellectual prose "Stained Glass" by the Kharkiv publishing house "Vivat".
The meeting will be moderated by poet and musician Tomas Deyak. The venue - Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library named after F.Potushnyak (Svoboda Ave., 16, 3rd floor).
"Aquarium" by Oleksiy Chupa reveals the nature of the dictatorship and tells about a cruel social experiment that the Ukrainian society is living in without knowing it.
This year, the novel "Aquarium" was awarded a special prize from the network of bookstores "Bukva" at the International Literature Competition "Coronation of Word" and was included in the long list of the literary award BBC Book of the Year 2015.
In Uzhgorod, the presentation will take place with the assistance of the literary club "Reading together"
