Volunteers "say hi" to Clown from Mukachevo - for beating of an ATO participant
The "Carpathian Sich" claim to know the name of the person who attacked Dmytro Zotov yesterday in Mukachevo.
Dmytro - a participant of the ATO, Major of the National Guard, TV cameraman and a volunteer, who was driving to the military unit in a vehicle intended to deliver aid to the front - was brutally beaten.
The "Carpathian Sich" took the investigation under their control. Moreover, the organization already knows who was the attacker. They are sending him "greetings".
The head of the NGO "Carpathian Sich" Taras Deyak wrote on his facebook:
"According to our data, the attack was organized by Kozmanko Yaroslav born in 1969, a resident of the city of Mukachevo. He is known in criminal circles of Mukachevo district and Transcarpathian region under the nickname "Clown". An active member of the famous Transcarpathian organized crime group.
We have evidence that he organized intimidation of witnesses and assistance in the destruction of video evidence of the attack from surveillance cameras.
We also learned that, on the advice of corrupt law enforcement offcials, "Clown" wrote to Mukachevo City Police a complaint about alleged verbal threats from Dmytro Zotov.
According to the video footage obtained by us, this person was deliberately chasing the bus. We conclude that this attack was prepared by criminals. In our view, the classification of this attack by Mukachevo City Prosecutor's Office is not adequate.
An official statement by the company "Carpathian Sich" of the NGU battalion "Donbas" will be published later.
Anyone, who knows this person, please tell him that Transcarpathian volunteers send him best regards."
