Taxpayers of Uzhgorod district have paid to the consolidated budget more than UAH 407 million

The year 2015, which was not easy and full of events, is coming to an end. However, it clearly had a positive effect on revenues to the state treasury, because within only 11 months, it received more than 407,700,000 hryvnia of taxes and fees. It should be noted that this year, the taxpayers of the district and the city of Chop have transferred to the budget 165.6 million hryvnia more than for the corresponding period in the last year.

The following three payments account fo the largest share of revenues to the budget:

– Tax on personal income, which amounts to more than UAH 102 million and accounts for 41.6% of the total revenues to the budget;

– Value Added Tax which amounts to more than UAH 76 million and accounts for 31% of the total revenues to the budget;

– Rent for use of mineral resources, whose share is UAH 50.7 million or 12.4% of the total revenues to the budget.

The head of Uzhgorod STI Vasyl Patskan notes that this high level of revenues has been achieved primarily on account of the faithful performance of their duties by taxpayers and improved system of tax and fee administration, the introduction of electronic services.
