Photo exhibition "War for Peace" began its tour of Europe

On December 4th, the NGO "Slovak-Ukrainian partnership center" in cooperation with the NGO "Transcarpathian community" and supported by the Slovak National Museum - Museum of Ukrainian Culture in Svidnik held the opening of the exhibition "War for Peace" in Slovakia.

Last month, residents and guests of Uzhgorod already had an opportunity to see more than 60 works depicting daily life and struggle of volunteers for the territorial integrity of Ukraine. This time, until December 31, residents of Svidnik will be able to see the photographs of four Ukrainian photographers, volunteers of a separate assault company "Carpathian Sich" - Alla Fedorchenko, Miroslav Mysla, Irina Tsvila and Victoria Pryshutova.

Many concerned people and organizations from Ukraine and Slovakia were involved in the organization of the event.

Visitors asked the organizers many questions relating to the war, because the head of the "Transcarpathian community" himself spent a few weeks on the front as a volunteer and had a chance to see the plight of Ukrainian volunteers.
