Newly elected deputies focused on child welfare

Some of the current deputy inquiries, announced by the Regional Council Chairman Mykhailo Rivis during the third plenary meeting of the first session of the Regional Council of the VII convocation, were made orally.

In particular, Petro Hrytsyk requested to provide a report on the use and allocation principle of funds for provision of one-time financial assistance for treatment, prosthetics, purchase of implants, surgeries, including those outside of Ukraine, under the program "Care".

Another request of regional elected representatives Mykhailo Motylchak and Vasyl Skryp concerned the regional target program "Psycho-pedagogical and medico-social support for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders in 2016-2010" developed by the Department of Education in conjunction with the Department of Health Care of the RSA and the Charitable Organization "Medical Aid Committee of Transcarpathia". Given the importance and urgency of the issue, the deputies addressed the head of the Transcarpathian regional state administration Hennadiy Moskal with a request to instruct the relevant entities and units of the RSA to submit the said Program for consideration and approval of the regular session of the regional council.

Then deputies supported the requests of their colleagues that had already been submitted to the appropriate authorities for consideration.
