At the regular meeting of Mukachevo city executive committee, they adopted the decision to give permission for the installation of a memorial plaque to border guard Robert Kis killed in the ATO zone. They plan to install it on the facade of the school №4 where the Hero studied. The design of the memorial plaque will be agreed at the department of urban planning and architecture.
Also, the acting mayor Rostislav Fediv said that the city government plans to adopt the city program, which will provide for the fund for commemoration of the fallen heroes.
Robert Kis died in October last year. On October 10 in Donetsk region, near Dokuchaevsk, the convoy of the State Border Service was attacked by terrorists with light weapons. Soldier Robert Kis, born in 1990 was mortally wounded in the stomach.
