Transcarpathian schools will receive sets of furniture and computer classrooms

At the Regional Council, there was a meeting of the Regional Council standing committee on education, science, culture, spirituality, youth policy, physical culture and sports, national minorities and information policy chaired by Mykola Vegesh. It was also attended by the Chairman of the Regional Council Volodymyr Chubirko.

The Director of the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of the Regional State Administration Mykhailo Motylchak proposed to agree the list of schools that will receive in 2015 at the expense of the regional budget sets of school furniture and educational computer systems.

In particular, 146 schools will receive furniture sets (desks and chairs) for grades 1-4.  Also, 11 schools of the region will receive new computer classroom sets, - the press service of the Regional Council reported.

Volodymyr Chubirko noted that, as promised, this year Transcarpathian school would receive sets of furniture and computer classrooms. "The funds for this purpose were provided in the regional budget and after the adoption of the Committee's decision, furniture and equipment will be delivered and installed at the educational institutions. This is a comprehensive work for updating of our schools, which we will keep carrying out in the future ", - the Chairman of the Regional Council said.
