Transcarpathian customs office brought more duties to the budget

Customs fees for clearence of phones, some vehicles and passenger cars and even steel made it possible to increase the performance.

The July revenues at the Transcarpathian customs office: almost 222 million hryvnia to the budget.

This year's revenues of taxes and fees in July at the Transcarpathian customs office exceeded those on the last year by 51.5% or UAH 75 million 462 thousand. The total amount of revenues for July - UAH 221 million 975 thousand - was transferred to the state budget.

The main taxes, that ensured this amount of revenues, are: value added tax on the goods imported into the territory of Ukraine - over UAH 158.3 million; import duty - UAH 54.2 million; excise tax on excisable goods imported to Ukraine - UAH 5.6 million, others.

The increase in revenues to the state budget from customs duties was on the account of the following gooods: telephones + UAH 6.0 million; carbon steel + UAH 4.0 million; parts and devices for motor vehicles + UAH 2.2 million; passenger cars + UAH 1,3 million.

It should be noted that during July this year, the management of the Transcarpathian customs office and structural divisions took a number of measures aimed at increasing revenues to the budget. In particular, through customs clearance of goods of foreign trade operators, that are not registered at the customs office, UAH 117.95 million of taxes was attracted, representing 53.2% of total transfers; through monitoring of compliance with the terms of placement of goods in the customs regime processing in the customs territory of Ukraine, temporary import of goods, additional UAH 2.32 million or 1.05% of total transfers was attracted to the budget; control measures of economic impact allowed to bring to the budget over UAH 3.76 million.
