Art that is close (PHOTO)
The Ilko Gallery together with the VOTO art-cafe presented in Uzhgorod a large-scale art project - exhibition of artists of Western Ukraine VOTO 2015.
The exhibition revived the holiday season in the city and features more than a hundred works in different styles, genres, themes and techniques. This exhibition brought together talented individuals, who have been exhibited in the VOTO art-cafe, during the first year of the Uzhgorod cafe-gallery's existence, shared their art with its visitors, bringing art closer to the people.
Young and known artists of Transcarpathia and Lviv presented their works: Lyudmyla Korzh-Radko, Natalia Boretska-Grabar and Yaroslav Boretsky, Lidia Astakhova, Ivanka and Oleksandr Voytovychs, Boris Kuzma, Eduard Prikhodko, Natalia Kikot, Yuri Dykun, Nadia and Ivan Didyks, Ruslan and Emma Trembas, Taras Danylych, Stanislav Turins, Volodymyr Pavlyshyn, Olena Kondratyuk. The works of famous Transcarpathian artists Havrylo Hlyuk are also be exhibited.
According to the initiator of the exhibition and the owner of the VOTO art-cafe Yulianna Stoika, the idea of the exhibition, which runs until September 14, is to bring the authors together in one space, as well as to create exquisite and light atmosphere of beauty and prove that art is slose.
