Uzhgorod residents are invited to the library cinema (Announcement)
The main library of the city - the Central City Library - once again gathers fans of youth dramas.
This time, they will screen the film, which in 2011 became the winner of the "Critic Week" section of the Cannes Film Festival - "17 Girls".
It is a french drama directed by Delphine and Muriel Coulin. The film is based on real events that took place in one of French cities in 2005. When the main character - Camille - learns of her pregnancy, the schoolgirl decides to keep the baby without asking her parents. Learning about the action of Camille, her friends want to get pregnant, too.
In addition to watching an interesting film, you will have a great opportunity to see the video of the birth of a child. Expert of Uzhgorod Center of social services for families, children and youth will tell about sensitive topics and give advice regarding safe contraception.
The film screening is organized with the support of the Foundation "Center for Civic Initiatives" (Perechyn) as part of the project "Future should be planned."
