Transcarpathia will have a new military commissar with combat experience - source

As the Uzhgorod.in learned from a source in the Transcarpathian Regional Military Commissariat, there are going to be personnel changes in its management.

Thus, Colonel Ivan Vasyltsyun, who has been heading the office, is resigning. He will be replaced with a military commissar with combat experience. Actually, it was the order of the President - the executive staff of military commissariats shall be appointed out of combat, not desk officers. Ivan Vasyltsyun can not boast participation in the ATO, however, his two sons served there.

According to the source, the new military commissar of Transcarpathia will be from another region - most likely, Central Ukraine.

Recall that the military commissar of Uzhgorod city and district Mykola Zhuravlev is now in the area of the antiterrorism operation in Eastern Ukraine. It is the military commissar who dared to send calls to officials and members of the city council. However, they are in no hurry to perform their duties to the country...
