Indeed, the creativity in the fight against rudeness and negligence, supported in the society, reached a surreal peak in Uzhgorod. On the other hand, it is the right of private advertising business which should be respected in the European city. Therefore, the combination of those seemingly innocent intentions causes mixed feelings... Obviously, something is wrong with the permit system in the city, with taste in the minds of officials, and with the townspeople themselves...?
