In Transcarpathia, known tourist shelter "Yavirnyk" burned down (PHOTOS)

Sad news for lovers of tourism in Transcarpathia - tourist shelter "Yavirnyk" was destroyed by fire

"Sad news for fans of mountain tourism in Transcarpathia and the Mt. Yavirnyk. Yesterday, as a result of careless handling of fire, the old shelter, which was built by the Czechs in 1930s, burned down. Probably these are some of the last photos of the shelter" - the facebook community Velyky Berezny-online reported.

According to the Uzhinform, the two-storey tourist shelter had everything necessary for rest and overnight stay.

It was a real shelter for those who wanted to stay for a night, get warm, take some water from a stream and go further into the mountains.

The tourist shelter was built by the Czechs in 1936, and all this time he has been served exclusively for such purposes.

притулок потрібно було знищити (памятка культури), щоб на його місці звести сучасний міні-готель.
