Horrible murder in Mukachevo: a local businessman was shot (PHOTOS)

According to unofficial information, the man was shot twice – in the head and in the stomach.

Mukachevo.net learned from unofficial sources that at about 11.00, on Hrushevsky street, a murder happened – a man was shot twice – in the head and in the stomach. The victim was local businessman, the owner of the cafes "Time" Oleksiy K.

Now, regional forensic experts and dog handlers with dogs are working at the scene.

According to preliminary results of the examination, the first shot was made in the stomach and then they shot him in the head.

Residents of nearby houses told that last night, an unknown car was circling around the house of the victim (Hrushevsky Street leading from the center to the Peremoha Park).

Currently, relatives of the victim are in the police station, and experts of the regional forensic laboratory are working in the house.

Here is the official version of the horrible murder.

Natalia Mashiko, Mukachevo City Police reported: 

"In the morning, on January 27, Mukachevo city police received a report that in a private home on Hrushevsky street in Mukachevo, a corpse of a man had been found.

The investigative team arrived at the scene, the Deputy Chief of the regional police, Colonel Mykhailo Nemesh arrived from Uzhgorod.

The victim was a 44-year-old citizen of Russia K, who recently had been living in Mukachevo and doing business there. The man was shot in his rented house. Experts have found on the body of the victim two gunshot wounds to the head and abdomen area.

At the time of the murder, his 5-year-old daughter was in the next room of the house. According to preliminary data, unknown persons entered into the house, then two shots followed. Probably, the murder happened the day before, ie January 26, between 14.30 and 15.30.

The incident was registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation on the grounds of Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Murder."
