Transcarpathia has the new "governor"
The President of Ukraine, by his today's Decree, dismissed the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Valeriy Lunchenko from his post. By his subsequent Decree, Poroshenko appointed Vasyl Hubal as the acting head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
Vasyl Hubal was born June 5, 1967 in the village of Lypcha in Khust district.
From 1985 to 1987 he was serving in the Soviet Army.
From 1982 to 1985 he was studying at Khust vocational school №10, where he received his degree of the III level radio controller.
In 2006 he graduated from the National University "Lviv Polytechnic". He received a graduate degree with Bachelor qualification in "Economics and Business".
In 2007, at the same university, he received a degree in "Finance" and qualification of economist.
From 1988 to 1989 - controller of electric radio systems at Khust process equipment plant.
From 1989 to 1992 - worked on various positions at the brick factory of the "Soviet Ukraine" collective farm.
From 1996 to 1998 - the head of the souvenir shop of the collective agricultural enterprise "Ukraine".
From 1999 to 2001 - master of logging of the "Intertisa- Import Export Ukraine" company
From 2001 to 2005 - the director of the private enterprise "Intrerkarpaty» in Volovets.
From May to November 2005 - the director of the "Tornado" Limited Liability Company.
From 2005 to 2009 - private entrepreneur.
From 2009 to 2010 - the director of the "SG-Patriot" Limited Liability Company.
Since November 11, 2010 - the chairman of Khust District Council of the VI convocation.
He has been elected as a deputy of Khust district council of V, VI convocations.
He was awarded the Diploma of the Central Election Commission and the Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
He was awarded the medal for distinguished military service of the 2nd degree.
He is married and has two children.
