Since the beginning of the year, Transcarpathians have received more than 2900 certificates of no debt
To obtain a certificate of no debt, a taxpayer must submit an application at the place of registration. This application shall be made with reference to the relevant legal act which provides for issuance of such Certificate by an income and taxes authority.
The application shall state the name of the company (institution or organization), the taxpayer will provide the Certificate for. Bodies of income and taxes issue a certificate or refuse to issue it within 5 working days of receipt of the application.
Certificates may be obtained through the service "Electronic office of the taxpayer": the payer sends an application signed by electronic signature at the main place of registration. After processing the application, the document (Certificate or Refusal) is automatically sent to the payer within 5 days at the Electronic office of the taxpayer.
According to the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region, in total, since the beginning of the year, offices of the tax inspectorates and the Taxpayer Service Centers of Transcarpathia have issued 2919 certificates of no debt on payments to the budget controlled by income and taxes authorities.
