Today CEC registered Ivan Baloha, who currently holds the position of the Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council, as a candidate in the constituency №73.
He is a self-nominated candidate. The number of voters in the constituency number 73 is 147 thousand people. The constituency includes the city of Vynogradiv, Vynogradiv district, the city of Beregovo, part of Beregovo and Irshava districts.
