Yesterday, a pensioner, a resident of the village of Velyky Bychkiv reported to Rakhiv district law enforcement officers that an unknown person had called on her cell phone from an unidentifiable number and said that her son was in trouble and she had to transfer 1,000 dollars to settle it.
The woman transferred to the specified account 13,400 UAH and only then called her son. It turned out that he was fine, and had not been detained for violation of the law.
