Frozen moments with a taste of eroticism (PHOTOS)

Yesterday in the halls of the Transcarpathian Regional Museum of Folk Architecture and Life, there was the opening of an exhibition of a member of the Transcarpathian organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Honored Artist of Ukraine – Nataliya Sima-Pavlyshyn.

She was taught art by such known Transcarpathians as Havrylo Hluyk, Ernest Kontratovych, Fedir Manailo, Volodymyr Mykyta, but she always considered Andriy Kotska to be her kindred spirit.

The newly opened retrospective exhibition of paintings and drawings is entitled "Fascinated by the world" and consists of several series of works. The main topic is the expression of experiences from the author’s trip to Tibet, which she admits made a huge impression that could not but to be reflected on the canvas.  It is there where the author became interested in Eastern philosophy and culture.

Also in the rooms, you can see portraits of famous Transcarpathians (M.Syrokhman, S.Fedaka, L.Lypkan, O.Havrosh et al.).

The halls of the museum feature nearly fifty paintings, including portraits and landscapes. Guests say: her works are frozen moments with a taste of eroticism.

The exhibition will run until October 1,
