Deputies began discussing draft resolutions of the 19th regional council session

On September 23, deputies of the regional council began discussing materials and draft resolutions to be considered at the next, 19th session of the Regional Council of the VI convocation to be held on September 30.

In particular, meetings of the following committees took place: on cross-border cooperation, on regional and land system, agriculture and rural development, on ecology and natural resources, on health care, on education, science, culture, spirituality, youth policy, physical culture, sports, minorities and information policy, on property management and privatization.

They were attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council Vasyl Brenzovych, the manager of the executive office of the Regional Council Mykhailo Popovich et al. They made a number of important and interesting proposals to draft resolutions that have been submitted by the appropriate departments of the RSA.

Deputies focused on issues of amendments to the regional budget. According to the current legislation of Ukraine, government documents and reports of the Department of Finance of the Regional State Administration on the balance of the regional budget, they included to the amendments the issues that arose in the intersessional period and have been approved, as well as subventions provided for the region from the state budget to local budgets for the implementation of measures for social economic development of certain territories in the amount of 14,623,000 UAH.   Changes to a number of regional programs were also made.

Deputies also discussed several draft decisions on mineral resources, property and requests regarding awarding the Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Traditionally, all criticisms and suggestions of the deputies on the discussed issues will be considered by the Presidium of the Regional Council.
