Uzhgorod residents will receive warnings from the "municipal police" (Police 911)
Uzhgorod residents will start receiving these cards from the Department of Municipal Police in Transcarpathian region (Police 911) next week. The "Municipal Police" (Police 911) will be distributing these warnings at illegal "street" markets.
The cards warn "vendors" trading on the street without any documents about Art. 160 and Art.164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences. Also, the Department has prepared similar warning cards for hypothetical customers, so that they were more careful about where and what they buy. After all, if there is no demand, there will be no offer.
Thus, the "Municipal Police" (Police 911) wants to warn the offenders first, and after that together with the municipal police they will be drawing up administrative reports, which will then be sent to the administrative commissions and courts.
