Uzhgorod residents complain that on Petofi Square, not only chestnuts are falling, but branches too

An Uzhgorod resident Mykola Grishin draws attention to the neglected green space. He refers primarily to Petofi Square.

"Old, dry, rotten chestnuts - no matter how beautiful trees they are - still need care. At the bus stop, not only leaves and chestnuts fall on cars and people, but dry branches too" - he complains.

He emphasizes that the city officials worked on Shvabska street, the funds were allocated, trees were cut down, the same happened on Mukachivska street, where they cut down almost all the trees, instead of simply fixing them up. On Petofi Square, in his opinion, old trees need to be taken care of. Also the city resident notes persistent congestion and disorder on bus stops - it is high time to deal with it.
