Transcarpathian deputies asked Kyiv to allocate houses to families of the soldiers
On the initiative of the Regional Council Chairman Ivan Baloha and the Head of the Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal, the issue on the appeal of the deputies of the regional council to the government to provide housing to families of the Transarpathian soldiers killed in the ATO area was included into the agenda of the next session of the Regional Council. According to the current regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers, allocation of money for purchase of housing to Transcarpathia is not provided.
Also the head of the Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal proposed to include to the agenda an appeal to the Ministry of Defence to provide Transcarpathian soldiers with necessary protective equipment, clothing and footwear. Deputies also appealed to the management of the State Border Service about the rotation of the personnel of Chop and Mukachevo border guard detachments, who are currently serving in the ATO area.
