The Volunteer Council to control the logistical support of the ATO and other issues related to the armed conflict, as well as social protection of the ATO participants family members is being established in Transcarpathia. It was initiatied by the head of the region Vasyl Hubal, the press service of the RSA informed.
Today, Friday, October 3, the head of the RSA invited the most active members of volunteer movement to the meeting. The volunteers raised many issues - from delivery of humanitarian cargo to provision of hospitals. Vasyl Hubal took note of major current problems, discussed in detail how the regional authorities can help in their solution.
Among other things, the head of the region told the volunteers that for more than a month, 400 sets of warm clothing for soldiers have been being sewn, and that rehabilitation program for participants of the ATO in sanatoriums of the region is being developed.
Then, they discussed the organizational aspects of future cooperation. The head of the region informed that at the RSA there would be a designated manager to assist the volunteer movement in coordination with regional services. The Volunteer Council itself will be involved in the performance of functions that the Coordinating Center, established previously at the RSA, was supposed to do - to distribute aid collected by the community. Currently, the audit of its activities continues, so this body will be reformatted.
At the volunteer meeting it was suggested, without wasting time, to establish the Volunteer Council. The head of the region invited the initiator of the Movement to support Transcarpathian soldiers, the most powerful volunteer organization of the region - Galina Yartseva - to chair the Council. However, the journalist refused, because she has a lot of other work. Galina proposed to entrust this difficult job to a man. After the discussion, out of several candidates, volunteers chose Vitaliy Dyurd, who was one of the first in Transcarpathia to provide volunteer assistance to participants of the ATO and has experience of coordinating activities.
The Volunteer Council will consist of the most active members of the volunteer movement and, of course, representatives of districts and cities in the region.
As previously reported, the Committee of Soldiers' Mothers is also being established in Transcarpathia, which will be largely dealing with issues of social protection of the ATO participants and their families.
если российские войска не выдумка сми, а существуют на самом деле, тогда надо вводить военное положение и объявлять войну. если этого нет, значит все брехня и идет геноцид и гражданская война.
