Passionate Argentine tango will be performed in Uzhgorod (Announcement)
Astor Piazzolla is an Argentine composer of European academic education, as well as a performer on bandoneon, the instrument which was brought to Argentina at the end of XIX century and included to tango orchestras. It is through the bandoneon that the music of Argentine tango acquired that original sound that attracts the attention of so many fans. And thanks to Astor Piazzolla, the Argentine tango music rose to the level of high art, because all his work is thoroughly imbued with the rhythms and motifs of this passionate dance.
Listeners of the concert "PIAZZOLLA MUSIS" will be introduced to the work of this very talented musician and person by the Ensemble of soloists led by Olena Korolenko together with soloists - winners of international competitions Diana Havata (cello), Agnesa Bachynska-Gevorgyan (flute), Oleksandra Bahanych (piano ), Vasyl Donets (violin) and Katerina Hanych (violin).
To create an atmosphere of genuine Argentine holiday, a dancing couple - Andrea and Istvan Balintas were invited to participate in the concert. The organizers of the music soiree hope that during the concert, the audience will enjoy the music, relax and at least for a while will keep their minds off everyday life, and immerse themselves in the magical world of tango rhythms. Also, at the end of the event, there will be a little surprise for visitors.
So, on Saturday, October 25, 2014, at 19:00, in the "Il'ko Gallery", there will be the concert "PIAZZOLLA MUSIC" performed by already well-known collective - Laureate of the D. Bortnyansky International Competition - Ensemble of soloists under the direction of Olena Korolenko.
