Heads of district state administrations, that have not met the expectations of the community, must step down from their offices - the head of the RSA
On Wednesday, October 8, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal at a press conference, when asked whether all the heads of district state administrations in the region would lose their jobs and be replaced with new people, said that he really believes that those managers, who failed to live up to expectations of the community, should go.
He stressed that people, who are ready to reforms, who meet the requirements of the present day, should work in the government bodies of the region, including the districts. "We offer the Transcarpathian community reforms and staffing decisions will be based on these tasks" - the head of the region said and added: "All those, who will be replaced in the office, will be offered a new job. We will talk about that. I do not see these people as opponents and enemies."
However, Vasyl Hubal admits that he has complaints about certain heads of districts - first of all, because there have been no critical decisions, including personnel ones, and people with bad reputation have not been dismissed.
Overall, he confirmed that there are new candidates for the positions of heads of district administrations, and commenting on personnel matters, he said, citing the example of Vasyl Scryp, the new head of the healthcare industry: "It is important for an official to be positively perceived by the community". The head of the region added: every manager must have a team to work effectively. "We will be implementing reforms in the region and we will employ people who are ready to them."
