Do not believe the rumors! Nobody is taking anyone from polling stations to military commissariats!

Recently, in the region, in order to disrupt the electoral process, rumors have been spread about the illegal detention of men to send them for military service in the East of Ukraine.
The main message of these remors is the information about possible detention of men subject to military service and boys of military age by the police and soldiers right at polling stations.

We officially inform you that according to the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" of April 4, 2006, the Decree of the President of Ukraine of October 14, 2013 №562 / 2013 "On terms of regular drafts, regular drafts of citizens of Ukraine for conscript military service to the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and military retirement in 2014," and the Decree of the President of Ukraine of May 1, 2014 №447 / 2014 "On measures to improve the defense of the state", a regular draft of citizens to military service takes place from October 1, 2014 through November 30, 2014.

Indeed on October 1, city and district draft boards started working to conduct medical examinations of recruits to determine their fitness for military service, their eligibility to defer the military service. No dispatches to the ranks of the Armed Forces have been currently carried out. Moreover, the regional recruiting point has not been deployed.
Also note that currently draft of reservists under partial mobilization is not being carried out.
Every person subject to military service has the right to conclude a contract for military service, including a short-term one for a special period of at least 1 month, which at the moment is the only way to be enrolled for military service.
Each of us must understand that all these rumors are aimed at undermining social stability and the disruption of the electoral process in the region.
If you know anything about the above-mentioned facts please immediately report to law enforcement agencies by calling 102.
Also, we post phone numbers of law enforcement agencies and the regional military commissariat.
