Criminals and pregnant women are the most disciplined voters

According to the executive committee, in Uzhgorod, as of 13.00, the turnout was 23.2% (ie 21,799 of 93,896 voters have voted). This was informed by Oleksandr Volosyansky on his page.

"The maximum turnout at ordinary polling stations is 30-31 percent (mainly, stations in multi-storey buildings). An abnormally low turnout was recorded at two student stations - 715 (dormitories 4 and 5 at Universitetska st., 10-12) and 716 (dormitories 1-2-3 on Studentska embankment and on  Mytna street) - 7.2% (90 of 1252 voters have voted) and 7.0% (80 of 1143 voters have voted), respectively. At special stations, the turnout is 40% to 100%, the maximum turnout is in the temporary detention facility - 98.8% (242 of 245), the jail - 100% (46 of 46), maternity hospital - 90% (22 of 24), cardiologic dispensary - 90% (64 out of 73 )" - the report states.
