The assembling of the station for reverse gas supply to Ukraine has started in Slovakia
The assembling of the first stage of the new border gas metering station Budince to import European natural gas to Ukraine has started in Slovakia.
This is stated in the message of the "Ukrtransgaz".
"The commencement of the station will expand the technical capabilities of the Slovak route and will allow to improve the reliability of natural gas supply to our country," - the head of the Metrology and Gas Metering Department of the "Ukrtransgaz" PJSC Mykola Bolkhovitin said.
Recall that on November 21, 2014, the national gas transportation system operator "Ukrtransgaz" PJSC launched daily posting of information on gas transportation through Ukraine on the information platform of the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG).
As previously reported, the gas transmission system operator in Slovakia - the Eustream company - in the near future could increase the reverse gas supplies to Ukraine above 11.5 billion tons per year planned to be delivered starting January 1, 2015.
