The President Poroshenko proposed the National Bank within one month to take measures to stop maintaining bank accounts of individuals and businesses in the ATO area.
This is stated in the Presidential Decree number 875/2014 of November 4, 2014.
Furthermore, according to the decree, the Ministry of Finance is instructed within a week, in the prescribed manner to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a draft concept of the Ukraine’s financial system functioning in the face of a free economic zone "Crimea" and taking this decision into account.
The Ministry of Energy and Mining Industry, together with the concerned bodies of executive power and power generation and power distribution companies, shall urgently ensure repair and restoration works at energy facilities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions that have suffered destruction and damage.
Also, the Ministry of Energy shall ensure necessary repairs and restoration work at gas supply and heating facilities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
