On Monday, November 3, the head of the Transcarpathian RSA Vasyl Hubal introduced the new head of Perechyn district state administration Ivan Biben to the staff of Perechyn district state administration and district self-government.

Addressing the audience and introducing the newly elected Chairman of the Regional Council Volodymyr Chubirko, the head of the region said: "Recently, the Transcarpathian Regional Administration has been working closely with the Regional Council, as it actually should be. I want the district council and administration to work in coordination too - for the benefit of the community."

Transcarpathian Regional Council Chairman Volodymyr Chubirko said that now is not the time to fight for power, but the time to join efforts. "So now we have a new practice in the regional government - together with the head of the RSA, we start the day with joint meetings. So I advise you to coordinate the work in the district too. And district council members should be actively involved in social work, help the district administration" - Volodymyr Chubirko said.

In general, they advised the district authorities not to worry to much about the statistics, but to work on the results that the people would feel. "I also ask you to abandon these bureaucratic approaches in dealing with countrymen, be simpler. And break the "wall" between the government and the people" - Vasyl Hubal said.
