In Transcarpathia, the new head of the Forestry and Hunting Husbandry Department of the region, Mykhailo Lypchey was introduced
According to the order of the head of the State Agency of Forest Resources of Ukraine Valeriy Chernyakov, as of November 18, Mykhailo Lypchey is appointed as the head of the Transcarpathian Regional Forestry and Hunting Husbandry Department.
The new leader of the extremely important for Transcarpathia industry was introduced to the staff on Wednesday, November 19, by Valeriy Chernyakov himself, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration Vasyl Hubal and the Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council Volodymyr Chubirko.
Valeriy Chernyakov said: Transcarpathia is a special region for the industry, which he is in charge of. "Forests comprise 51% of the area, it is the largest forest cover in Ukraine. And now itwould be very wrong to just cut wood and sell it. We need to develop processing and give jobs to people. This is the direction towards which we should develop the industry and export finished products and not raw materials."
Welcoming the forest industry experts at the meeting Vasyl Hubal called: "I invite everyone who loves Transcarpathia to unite around our region. And to unite around our "second" heart - Transcarpathian forests. I started my professional career as a woodcutter, and I am concerned about the industry. And if you are concerned about forests too, then it will be a hallmark of the region."
Mykhailo Lypchey, in turn, said that he would work so that the community would feel improvements in this area. "I will make every effort and I hope for fruitful cooperation with local authorities" - the new head of the forest inductry of the region said.
By the way, the new head of the Transcarpathian Regional Forestry and Hunting Husbandry Department promised personnel changes in the region, however, he said that he would utilize an individual approach to people and make his choices based on professional qualities.
In conclusion, the head of the RSA stressed that none of the heads of this industry in the region had received such vote of confidence. "We want to work together, we hope that people would see a good result."
Background. Lypchey Mykhailo was born on April 19, 1967 in the village of Rokosovo in Khust district. In 1993, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Forestry with the degree of a process engineer. He started his working career at the "Khust Forestry" JSC as a process engineer, and two years later he headed this facility. He headed "Khust State Special Forestry", later worked as the deputy director of the Transcarpathian Forestry College. In 2014 he was appointed the assistant deputy head of Transcarpathian Regional Administration.
