Members of the Regional Council supported the request of their colleague Mykhailo Kindrat on the necessity to restore Velyky Berezny district police department.
"As a deputy of the regional council from Velyky Berezny district, I have received numerous appeals from representatives of the district local communities to resolve the issue refarding the restoration of Velyky Berezny district police department.
Since the reorganization of the department, the public of the district have been concerned about the worsening of the district public access to administrative services provided by local bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Public order, road safety and crime prevention in the district, etc. are also matters of concern.
The district state administration sent a letter in this matter to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and its regional body.
In this regard, I request to support the issue of restoration of Velyky Berezny District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region and to take appropriate measures for its positive resolution," – the parliamentary inquiry to the regional police management states..
