The almost 4 hour raid, conducted by Uzhgorod police, together with representatives of the Juvenile Service of Uzhgorod city council and local journalists, gave its results. In the computer club on Zankovetska street, the police found two 16-year-old boys who were playing "shooters" instead of being at home. As it turned out, both minors are orphans, their legal guardian is an educational institution represented by the principal.

In the computer club on Svoboda Avenue, they found three 13-year-old children who were in the club without legal representatives.  A report on administritive violation will be drawn up against the children's parents. The owner of this establishment, who allowed children to be there at night time, faces a fine in the amount of 340 to 850 UAH. In case of repeated violation within a year the penalty increases up to 850 to 1,700 UAH.

"In accordance with article 20-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Childhood", children under 16 shall not be allowed to stay in recreation facilities from 22.00 to 06.00 without the presence of a parent or other legal representative of a child, accompanying and bearing the personal responsibility for him or her. The owners of these establishments and authorized persons have the right and obligation at night time to demand from visitors documents proving they have reached the age of 16," - the head of Uzhgorod city police Yevhen Kalytych said, according to the site of the regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
