The problem of open manholes is still relevant (PHOTOS)

Open manholes are not a joke, they create an obstacle, and sometimes – even a considerable problem and a threat both for pedestrians and for cars.

These barricades were built by concerned citizens on Odeska street to prevent people from getting injured through open manhole in the dark.  

But on Ukrainska street, the similar problem has been ignored for more than six months.
