When should you seek professional help?

You are completely absorbed with thoughts of traumatic experiences and can not dissociate yourself from them

You feel very lonely, confused, frightened

You can not make decisions and concentrate on anything

You are in a state of hopelessness, depression, anger or guilt

You think that alcohol or any other substance will soothe your physical or mental pain

You feel anger and irritability, guilt, shame or self-blame, mistrust and betrayal, and "injustice of fate," hopelessness, alienation, restless sleep, nightmares, inability to recall the episodes of experienced trauma

Increased anxiety and emotional arousal, alertness, suspicion, obsessive attempts to "re-think" unpleasant events, the desire to avoid anything that reminds of a trauma

If you have chronic physical and bodily disfunctions without medical reasons for them

When you fear mobilization and war

Finally, if you just want someone to help or supported you
